1. COVID-19 Adjusted Alert Level 3 is currently in place in South Africa.
2. As per the President's address on 25 July 2021, the sale and transportation of alcohol are permitted.
3. New Harbour Distillery will start dispatching orders that were placed during the prohibition period from 26 July 2021. We will fulfil orders according to the date it has been placed.
4. Delivery to take place within eight working days.

Please note:Refunds will attract a 5% admin fee to cover administration and bank costs. Refunds during this period will be made via manual bank transfer (EFT); customers would need to provide banking details.
