Level 3 Alcohol Ban FAQs

We are well on track with order fulfillments. All orders from 23 July onwards will be delivered within a maximum of 1-8 working daysfrom the day you placed the order.

Courier Guy is our trusted courier service.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available. If you find no information available when you track your parcel, please wait a little while and try again.

It will most probably be delivered separately, as we're fulfilling orders by date.

You'll only be able to collect your parcel at our distillery if you’ve selected the 'pick-up' option at checkout when you placed your order.

Unfortunately, we don't accept any address changes. Customers need to make alternative arrangements with the couriers, Courier Guy.
