INGREDIENTS

35ml New Harbour Distillery Spekboom Gin

10ml New Harbour Distillery Hibiscus Ginger Cordial Liqueur

Dash of New Harbour Distillery Gooseberry Bitters

10ml Butterfly Pea Reduction*

25ml Lemon Juice

Charge with Rosé MCC

GARNISH

METHOD

This is where all your Instagram video dreams are made! By simply adding lemon juice, you'll see how your cocktail's colour slowly changes.

⚛︎ In a chilled coupe, add your butterfly pea reduction*.

⚛︎ In a shaker filled with ice, combine the rest of the ingredients. Shake to chill and combine.

⚛︎ Double strain into a coupe glass, layering the colours.

⚛︎ Charge with Rosé MCC.

⚛︎ Garnish with a floral bouquet and serve.

How to make Butterfly Pea Reduction:

250g Butterfly Pea Tea Powder

250g Water

250g Sugar

Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the butterfly pea and let it steep.

Combine your sugar until dissolved.

Keep stirring until reduced.

Bottle and store in the refrigerator.
