5. My payment failed, now what?!
You need to register for 3D Secure. This is the most common error for failed payments. 3D Secure is exactly what it means – it is a security step for Visa and MasterCard accounts so that no one else uses your cards for retail therapy.
Your card needs to be registered for 3D Secure to be able to buy stuff online. You will be asked to register for 3D Secure if this is your first-time shopping online, just follow the screen prompts.
If it doesn’t work or if you are spinning a bit, then off to the bank you go. Contact your bank for help, as we aren’t able to help with authenticating clients’ cards.
If you are registered, then you’ll be asked for a password or you will receive a one-time-pin (OTP) on your phone.
