60 ml African Spirit Lab Peach Schnapps
30 ml Lemon Juice
25 ml Egg White
2 drops of Saline*

We've recreated the African sunset with this Chomping Peached recipe! You'll experience sweet and sour peach flavours with hints of tangy lemon that give way to a silky-smooth butterscotch aftertaste. It's a fruity favourite made with our popular Peach Schnapps as the star ingredient. It's hard to resist that Chomp chocolate pair, too – you can't get more South African than this one!
Mixologist and fellow alchemist, Jesse Chinn, takes us through the super easy steps.
⚛︎ Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 1 minute until white foam is layered on top.
⚛︎ Pour into a chilled glass with a few ice cubes.
*Make a saline solution: Mix 20 g of salt with 80 ml of water. Shake until it's clear and keep in a dropper dispenser.
