At checkout select the pick up option should you wish to collect your order at our locations.

Times for pick-up: Monday to Thursday between 09:00 - 16:00 and Fridays between 09:00 - 16:00. (Closed on public holidays.)

Remember to bring your order confirmation (digital is fine) and identification (ID, passport, or driver’s license).

Please note that face marks are compulsory. Unfortunately, no mask, no pick-up.

At checkout in the ‘delivery method’ section, you can choose between “Ship” and “Pick up”.

Select “Pick-up”. Parcels for pick up are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

PLEASE NOTE: You'll have 15 working days to pick up your order after you've received the “ready for pickup” email notification. Should you not collect your parcel within this timeframe, your parcel will be sent back to the warehouse and the order will be voided. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for uncollected parcels. 

Please CONTACT US to arrange a collection date should you be unable to collect your parcel within the 15 day timeframe.

Payment is made on our online store, using your credit or debit card. All payments are safe and encrypted. After you’ve selected the ‘pick-up option’, you will be directed to the payment page. Collection at the distillery is free of charge.

Yes you can, but we only accept credit or debit cards. No cash will be accepted at these locations.

Sales will only be allowed during pick up times.

Please note that under the current level 2 restrictions, liquor may be sold from Monday to Friday. You can buy directly from our Midrand Warehouse or the Distillery in Somerset West.
