ROOIBOS FRUITCAKE G&T

INGREDIENTS

50 ml New Harbour Distillery Rooibos Gin

30 ml New Harbour Distillery Burnt Cassia & Wild Fig Cordial Liqueur

50 ml New Harbour Distillery Tonic Cordial

Sparkling water (use good quality)

Dash of New Harbour Distillery Sweet Orange Bitters

GARNISH

Any greenery in your garden. A large leaf works best for the look – please make sure it’s not poisonous.

Edible glitter & sparkles!

METHOD

Fruitcake – beyond a doubt the taste (and smell!) of Christmas in South Africa.

At New Harbour, you can have your cake, and now you can drink it, too! This sparkling festive delight has a fruity yet toasty cinnamon aroma.

⚛︎ Fill your shaker with Rooibos Gin, Burnt Cassia & Wild Fig Cordial Liqueur, Sweet Orange Bitters, Tonic Cordial, and a pinch of edible glitter.

⚛︎ Add ice and shake well. 

⚛︎ Strain into two glasses. 

⚛︎ Top up with cold sparkling water or add some ice and unchilled sparkling water.

⚛︎ Garnish with a leaf and sparklers
