Half a tot New Harbour Tonic Cordial
Soda water

In-season florals (we used fynbos)
Go all in with the showstopper Rooibos G&T.
This aromatic and colourful cocktail will have you hooked!
⚛︎ Add a single shot of Rooibos Gin to a glass filled with plenty of ice.
⚛︎ Pour half a tot of our tonic cordial and a generous splash of soda water.
⚛︎ Add more ice and top up with soda water.
⚛︎ Garnish with in-season florals & enjoy the refreshing sensation and gentle hints of rooibos!
