Canned apricots

Ultra Mel Vanilla Custard

METHOD

Pudding with a twist. Canned apricots and custard – well-loved staples in our kitchens – are now getting tipsy. Nothing says South African like this local pudding!

Add a Cape brandy kick to an iconic South African dessert:

Mix one shot of our Cape Alchemist Brandy with half a cup of Ultra Mel custard.

Serve over apricots.
