G&T: Mix one part gin to 4 parts of your favourite Indian tonic. Or enjoy neat.
Method: Full a highball or Copa glass with ice, pour in your Gin, and top up with Tonic. Garnish accordingly.
Garnish: Floral - Hibiscus, Fruity - Caramelised Orange slice, Cucumber slice or Pomegranates, Herbal - Rosemary.
