Bushveld Whisky offers an aromatic escape to the South African bushveld. The sweet, honeyed aromas are wrapped up in light smokiness from Kameeldoring-smoked casks. We use only the best of single estate grain whisky.
We do double distillation on a potstill for added smoothness before being matured in American oak, ex-bourbon casks. After three years, we finish it off in Kameeldoring-smoked barrels to achieve a signature bushveld edge. Transport yourself to the bushveld with the unique aromas of light smouldering embers, vegetal honey, butterscotch, and toffee.
On The Rocks: 50ml Bushveld Whisky and Apple Bourbon Bitters.
Method: Fill glass with Ice, pour the Bushveld Whisky into the glass and add 5-7 drops of our Apple Bourbon Bitters and serve.
Garnish: Spice - Star Anise, Fruity - Orange rind or Candied cherries, Herbal - Thyme.
