You will receive your parcel waybill number in your shipping confirmation sent by email. You can track your order by entering the waybill number into the tracking link here.

When can I expect my delivery?

Orders to main centres (BFN, CPT, DBN, JHB, PE, PTA) are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. Regional and remote areas may take up to 8 working days.

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

We offer door-to-door delivery nationwide across South Africa through our trusted courier partner, Aspiring LogisticsDelivery is a flat rate of R120 for orders under R1,000.Spend R1,000 or more and enjoy FREE nationwide delivery to your preferred address.

Can I change my address after I have ordered?

We’re unable to make address changes once an order has been placed. Please double check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Is it possible to choose a specific date or time for delivery?
