How do I track my order?

You will receive your parcel waybill number in your shipping confirmation sent by email. You can track your order by entering the waybill number into the tracking link here.

When can I expect my delivery?

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

Our courier partners deliver door-to-door to your preferred address. Economy delivery is FREE for orders over R500. The standard shipping rate for orders that are less than R500 is R75.

Can I change my address after I have ordered?

We’re unable to make address changes once an order has been placed. Please double check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Is it possible to choose a specific date or time for delivery?

What should I do if a product is missing or if a bottle broke in transit?
