Open Times: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 16:00 (closed on public holidays)

Remember to bring your digital order confirmation and a valid form of identification (ID, passport, or driver's license).

In the delivery method section at checkout, select the pickup option.

Parcels for pickup are usually ready within 24 hours. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. You will have 15 working days to collect your order after receiving the email that says it is ready for pickup. Please collect your parcel within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation of your order. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for uncollected parcels.

Please contact us to arrange a collection date if you cannot collect your parcel within 15 days.

You can pay on our online store using your credit or debit card.

After you've selected the pickup option, you will be directed to the payment page. Collection at the distillery is free of charge.
