Parcels for pickup are usually ready within 24 hours. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. You will have 15 working days to collect your order after receiving the email that says it is ready for pickup. Please collect your parcel within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation of your order. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for uncollected parcels.

Please contact us to arrange a collection date if you cannot collect your parcel within 15 days.
