50ml New Harbour Distillery Rooibos Gin

25ml New Harbour Distillery Burnt Cassia & Wild Fig Cordial Liqueur

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of New Harbour Distillery Sweet Orange Bitters

Egg White

2 drops of Saline*

Curry leaf sprig

METHOD

A delight of rooibos, cinnamon, wild figs, and sweet orange, thanks to the masterfully distilled Rooibos Gin. Adventure-packed trips with some pals and long chats around the fire deserve a drink that’s uniquely South African – the Bosveld Sour will do the trick.


The African Bushveld inspired this drink – what’s more soothing than some time in the bosveld. Sit back, take it all in and enjoy your sundowner. 


⚛︎ In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients and dry shake** to emulsify

⚛︎ Add ice and shake vigorously to chill and combine. 

⚛︎ Double strain into a rocks glass. 

⚛︎ Char the foam with a blowtorch, garnish and enjoy.
