- 1 Shot of Cape Alchemist Brandy
- 1 Shot of Burnt Cassia and Wild Fig Cordial Liqueur
- 50ml of Double Cream
- NHD Apple Bourbon Bitters
- Pinch of Ground Cinamon and Ginger

⚛︎ Add the Cape Alchemist Brandy, Burnt Cassia & Wild Fig Cordial and Cream in a shaker with ice. Add a pinch of dried Cinnamon and Ginger powder.
⚛︎ Shake vigorously
⚛︎ Pour into chilled glass and add two drops of apple bitters.
