20ml New Harbour Distillery Hibiscus & Ginger Cordial Liqueur
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of New Harbour Distillery Pear Bitters
Spritz of Orange Blossom Water
2 drops of Saline*

With its flavours of spekboom, ginger, hibiscus, and orange blossom, this beautiful pink drink has delicate notes to keep you coming back for more!
This drink is totally new, a breeze as smooth and delicate as a butterfly’s elbows.
⚛︎ Chill a cocktail glass and set it aside.
⚛︎ Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all your ingredients.
⚛︎ Shake well to chill and combine.
⚛︎ Double strain into a chilled glass.
⚛︎ Garnish with a lemon zest flower, spritz with orange blossom water & serve.
*Make a saline solution: Mix 20 g of salt with 80 ml of water. Shake until it's clear and keep in a dropper dispenser. Why a salt solution? It reduces bitterness and enhances citrus flavours.
