INGREDIENTS:
1 shot Bushveld Whisky
2 shots Honeydew & Citrus Cordial Liqueur
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Soda water

GARNISH:
Local, in-season florals. We used some fynbos.
Take your whisky game up a notch and make this delightful cocktail with a light & fruity twist.
1.) Add Bushveld Whisky, lemon juice, and Honeydew & Citrus Cordial Liqueur in a shaker filled with ice.
2.) Shake well.
3.) Pour into a frosted glass and top with soda.
4.) Add a few drops of Apple Bourbon Bitters to taste.
5,) Garnish with florals and serve.
