1 shot pear juice

- Honey syrup: add 1 tablespoon of hot boiling water to every tablespoon of honey to make it desolve better in a cold drink. Mix well until you have a thin syrupy consistency.
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake the mixture, then pour it into an ice-cold glass.
