2 shots Cape Alchemist Brandy

½ shot lemon juice

½ shot honey syrup

1 shot pear juice


Pear slice optional, you can also caramelise the pear slice by dipping it into sugar, take a blow torch and caramelise the sugar. maks for a beautiful, Christmas inspired garnish.


After a big meal, nothing hits the spot like this dessert cocktail. End the festive party on the right note with this Cape Alchemist Brandy drink.

- Honey syrup: add 1 tablespoon of hot boiling water to every tablespoon of honey to make it desolve better in a cold drink. Mix well until you have a thin syrupy consistency.

- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

- Shake the mixture, then pour it into an ice-cold glass.
