REFUND & RETURNS
The provision of goods and services by New Harbour Distillery is subject to availability. In case of products or services being unavailable, New Harbour Distillery will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
Damaged, lost, or stolen parcels, where the fault lies with the courier, will be replaced free of charge by New Harbour Distillery.
