Stirred, not shaken. A classic Italian cocktail, the Negroni is easy to make with a bittersweet taste. Use Rooibos Gin for a refreshing twist on this timeless drink.
Pour the Rooibos Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir well until the glass is cold.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Add a dash of Sweet Orange Bitters.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
Negroni Week: Add a heritage touch. Paint the rim of your cocktail glass with sugar water and decorate it with popping candy. Use a lollipop as garnish.
