50ml New Harbour Distillery Cape Alchemist Potstill Brandy

25ml African Spirit Lab Peach Schnapps

Dash of New Harbour Distillery Sweet Orange Bitters

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

2 drops of Saline*

METHOD

Imagine lounging on a boat, the wind playing with your hair and the bright winter sun creating waves of calming goodness on your skin. And imagine drinking the Side Boat – your wing-spirit on this luxurious cruise.

Or drink it at home. It (almost) tastes just as good ;)

Enjoy this rich & full yet elegantly fruity drink with smooth & characterful flavours and a lingering sweet aftertaste. This drink is meant for sipping! 

⚛︎ Chill a cocktail glass and set it aside.

⚛︎ In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all your ingredients.

⚛︎ Shake well to chill and combine.⚛︎ Double strain into a chilled coupe.

⚛︎ Garnish with an origami boat & serve.

*Make a saline solution: Mix 20 g of salt with 80 ml of water. Shake until it's clear and keep in a dropper dispenser. Why a salt solution? It reduces bitterness and enhances citrus flavours.
