25ml New Harbour Distillery Burnt Cassia and Wild Fig Cordial Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
Egg White
Dash of New Harbour Distillery Sweet Orange Bitters

This recipe might be easy, but it certainly doesn't lack flavour. It's great for the holidays or simply to sip on a hot summer's day.
⚛︎ In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and dry shake to emulsify.
⚛︎ Add ice and shake to chill.
⚛︎ Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
⚛︎ Garnish & serve.
